Christmas Sorted, £2500 Tax Free cash
Everything needed to check this competition, and a check we have run for you. You do not have to trust our check: the numbers below are the whole input, and the checker is one short file with no dependencies that works the answer out from scratch.
The instant wins
The winning numbers were fixed before this competition went on sale, and the fingerprint below was published at that moment. The seed stays private until the competition is over: while it is live, the seed is the winning numbers, so anybody holding it could buy exactly the tickets that win.

How the ticket numbers were given out
Ticket numbers are not handed out in the order tickets are bought. They are shuffled by a key that was fixed and published as the fingerprint below before this competition went on sale, so the order could not be arranged around anybody. The key itself stays private until the competition is over, because together with the instant-win seed it would say which purchase lands on a winning number.
